Thanksgiving!!!

 We had such a lovely Thanksgiving!!! God has blessed us with such amazing family and friends!! We had thought about driving to my aunt & uncles in Three Forkes but we have been on the road so much the past few weeks. We decided that we AND the dogs needed a break from driving home every weekend!

 This year we were invited to go to Rhom & Anja Bruhaug's. Don (Joel's Stepdad), Jan (his mom), and Jordyn (little sister) were all able to come up and join us!!! Anja is from Germany and since they don't celebrate Thanksgiving it was such a wonderful experience for all of us!! They have two AMAZING boys Garrett & Kevin that are such a wonderful part of our lives. They are always a bundle of fun to be around! Anja & Rhom had the majority of the dinner already prepared before we even arrived. We had planned on eating around  2 pm. We had basically all the stuffing from Turkey, Ham, Garden Salad, Garlic Mashed Potatoes, Cheesy Potatoes, Vegetables, Rolls, and Pies. You name it and we had it!!

Birthday Girl!!!

Well today is my 25th Birthday.. Not toooo sure how I am feeling about being 1/2 way to 50 but I guess that I should be happy that God has given me another day to spread his word!!! My hubby wrote me a little note in the card he gave me that said, "You may be getting older, but you are just as beautiful as the day I met you." That totally made my day!! What a sweetheart!! It's amazing how God just knows what man to bring into your life isn't it!!! The day itself was a bit interesting. I actually had to work today till 8 am. I came home and slept a few hours.. well more like alot of hours haha till 5 pm!!  But it was wonderful I must say!! Then Joel woke me up and we were able to go out to dinner with Don, Janet, and Jordyn to the Bull Mountain Grille. It happens to be a little western place close to our house and it is just so much fun!! I somehow even obtained a free teeshirt AND ICE CREAM!!! Whoo hoo what a day eh?? I actually don't think I have any pictures from this day ={ Sad, but since Joel got me a Canon EOS Rebel T2i Digital Camera I will have NO excuses for no more pictures!!! YAY!!! Since I don't have any photos of my birthday I will just post some pictures of our adorable little animals!!

First Post, As this is All new to Us!!!

Why Hello there!!! This is a total new thing for us to do but we are pretty darn excited about it!! As most of you know we don't have any human kiddo's, but we have our animal kiddo's and they are our lives. You will probably see alot of them on here!! I (Chelsea) will probably be blogging about what I read as well on a daily basis as it is so nice to look back and see what we have learned in The Bible and how we are applying it to each day!! You will probably be hearing from me more than Joel as well this isn't really his type of thing but I thought it would be fun to get this started!! You never know how long this thing really could go and how cool would it be to have our Grandkids be looking back on what Grammy and Grandpa wrote when they were in their 20's!!!
