About Us

I (Chelsea) grew up in a town of about 125 people called, Pony, MT. Joel grew up in Lima, MT which was about 200 people. We met at a basketball tournament many yrs ago when Joel was a 6th grader and I was a 9th grader. Believe it or not, Joel had matured early and took advantage of telling girls he was older =) His uncle soon set the story straight as he was my math teacher. Low and behold they didn't talk for a very long time afterwards. Soon though, God's handywork came into play and before you knew it, we were going to prom together my senior yr and Joel's freshman yr of high school. We did have a few mishaps along the way but God intangled himself into each and every day of our lives and has truly had the opportunity to make us closer than we'd have ever imagined in our high school days. College went and gone for . January 1st of 2009 Joel proposed. August 8th, 2010 we were married in Pony, MT with about 300 guests. Since we were married, many things have changed, others have stayed the same, but the one thing that is the most important is we have learned how important it is to put God first in our lives, our marriage, our finances, and our everyday decisions.
